1. Agreement
By accessing or using a2dsound.com (the "Site") and any services offered through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by A2D Sound, a brand of AYA Labs, a company registered in Israel. Email: support@a2dsound.com.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account or make purchases.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Purchases and payments
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as Merchant of Record. Their terms also apply to your transaction.
Prices are shown in USD (or your local currency where applicable) and exclude VAT/sales tax unless stated. Lemon Squeezy calculates and collects applicable taxes.
A purchase grants you a license to use the plugin under our EULA - it does not transfer ownership.
6. Delivery
Plugins, license keys, and download links are delivered by email and through your account in the Members Area immediately after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address.
7. Refunds
We offer a 30-day full refund, no questions asked. Email support within 30 days of purchase and we'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy and deactivate the license. For details, see our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our plugins (except where permitted by law).
Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys, installers, or activation data.
Use the Site to transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt service.
Circumvent license activation, copy protection, or authentication systems.
Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site - including plugins, software, audio examples, presets, videos, text, graphics, logos, and the A2D Sound name - is owned by A2D Sound or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing on the Site grants you a license to use these materials except as expressly stated.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and plugins are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A2D Sound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or our EULA. License keys obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or abuse may be revoked.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
